Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments requires a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to appointment. A late cancellation fee of $25.00 is applied late cancellations or missed appointments.

Insurance

Will insurance cover my appointment?

Coverage for care is dependent upon the type of care you receive at the Clinical Services Centre and the terms and conditions of your health insurance plan. It is our policy that you file directly with your insurance carriers for reimbursement. We will provide you with a receipt for submission with your claim. If you have questions or concerns, please speak with the Insurance Specialist on staff at 410 888-9048 ext 6631.
